AIify ("AIify," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing agency based in Aurora, Colorado. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit goaiify.com (the "Site"), fill out a form, chat with us, or get calls, texts, or emails from us. It also explains how we use, share, and protect that information, and what choices you have.

## Information we collect

### Information you give us

When you request an audit, book a call, use our chat, or contact us, we may collect:

- Your name

- Email address

- Phone number

- Business name, website, and city or service area

- Anything else you choose to share in a form, chat, text, or email

### Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

- IP address and approximate location

- Browser type, device type, and operating system

- Pages you view, links you click, time spent on each page, and the site that referred you

- Actions you take on the Site, such as submitting a form or booking a call

We collect this with cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, described below.

## Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Essential cookies. Our website platform uses cookies that the Site and its forms need to work properly.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel places cookies on your browser and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view, whether you submit a form or book a call, your IP address, and browser details. If you submit a form, contact information such as your email address or phone number may also be sent to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match your visit to a Meta account.

We use this information to measure how our ads perform, to create audiences of people who have visited our Site, and to show you relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services. Meta handles this information under its own [Privacy Policy](https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/).

Your choices.

- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still load, but some features, such as forms, may not work as expected.

## How we use your information

We use your information to:

- Respond to your questions, audit requests, and bookings

- Provide and follow up on the services you ask about

- Send texts and emails you've agreed to receive

- Measure and improve our Site and our marketing, including our Meta ads

- Show you our ads on Meta platforms

- Protect against spam, fraud, and misuse

- Comply with the law

## Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and check the text-message consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from AIify about your inquiry. These may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your audit request, and replies to your questions. If you call us and we miss your call, we may send one text in reply.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts.

- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile information or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See "How we share your information" below.

## Email

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each email. We may still send you messages directly related to services you've requested.

## AI chat

Our Site may include a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence. Messages you send in the chat are processed by our website platform and its AI technology providers to generate replies, and they're saved in our customer records so our team can follow up. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat, such as financial account numbers or health information.

## How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

- Service providers. These are companies that help us run our business, including HighLevel (our CRM, website, forms, chat, text, and email platform), the phone carriers and messaging providers that deliver our texts, the AI providers behind our chat, and our calendar and email tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

- Meta. As described in "Cookies and the Meta Pixel," for ad measurement and advertising.

- Legal and safety reasons. When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order, or when we believe in good faith that sharing is needed to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

- Business transfers. If AIify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal and will stay covered by this policy.

- With your permission. For any other purpose you agree to.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

## Information we handle for our clients

When we run marketing for a client business, we may handle information about that client's customers, such as the leads in the client's CRM. We handle that information on the client's behalf under our agreement with them, and this policy does not cover it. If you're a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business about your information.

## How long we keep information

We keep your contact and inquiry information for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and for a reasonable time afterward. We also keep information as long as we need it to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs for as long as we need them to show consent and honor opt-outs.

## Your rights and choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy

- Correct information that's inaccurate

- Delete your information

- Stop using your information for targeted advertising, such as removing your contact details from any customer lists we upload to Meta

- Stop sending you marketing texts or emails

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We'll respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, we'll explain why, and you can appeal by replying to our decision. Colorado residents who are not satisfied with the outcome of an appeal may contact the Colorado Attorney General.

## Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

## Children's privacy

Our Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

## Links to other websites

Our Site may link to websites we don't operate. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

## Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make significant changes, we'll also post a notice on the Site or email you if we have your email address.
